Scholarship Description
The Naval Historical Center, Department of the Navy, using non-appropriated funds, is offering two research grants in U. S. naval history to be used during the coming academic year. The grants are named in honor of the late Vice Admiral Edwin B. Hooper, USN, a former Director of Naval History, for his great contributions to U. S. naval history.ADVERTISEMENT
