Scholarship Description
The Women's Club of Caldwell is proud to announce two scholarships for $2500 each open to women following a non-traditional education path. Women 25 years or older who reside in the West Essex area (Caldwell, West Caldwell, North Caldwell, Essex Fells, Fairfield, Roseland) who will be enrolled in a degree-granting program for Fall semester 2023 are welcome to apply.ADVERTISEMENT
Eligible applicants must meet the following requirements: Female, at least 25 years of age or older; Resident of the West Essex area; Pursuing an non-traditional education path; Enrolled or will be enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college/university; Maintained a 2.0 GPA or above (for those currently enrolled); US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Applicants must complete the application form found on the WCC website and provide an official transcript of all coursework completed. One letter of recommendation addressing accomplishments, academic, and career goals (letter cannot be written by relatives and must include contact information) is required.
