Scholarship Description
Incoming freshman or current, full-time undergraduate at a four-year college/university in the upcoming academic year are eligible to apply for the Shui Kuen and Allen Chin Scholarship. Applicants must be a student or parent currently/formerly employed at an Asian-owned or Asian cuisine restaurant and demonstrate community advocacy and social justice work on behalf of Asian American, immigrant, gay and lesbian and/or other progressive causes. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required as well as demonstrated financial need.ADVERTISEMENT
