Scholarship Description
To apply for the Jennie (McDowell) and Harlan Layton Scholarship-Lancaster Co, applicants must be a current graduating senior of a public school in Lancaster Co, be planning to attend any 2 or 4- year qualified nonprofit college, demonstrate financial need, preference for a B average (3.49 or below on a 4.0 scale), yet meet post-secondary admission minimum standards. Besides completing the application, applicants must also submit their transcripts and the first page of their FAFSA report.ADVERTISEMENT
