Scholarship Description
Students may apply for one of Dominion Energy Credit Union's $2,000 scholarships. These scholarships recognize students' dedication to academics, school activities, and community involvement. You must meet all of the following requirements to be eligible: be a member of Dominion Energy Credit Union or immediate family member/household member of a Dominion Energy Credit Union member; be a graduating high school senior with a minimum 2.5 GPA; and be a rising college freshman attending an accredited college or university during the upcoming academic year.ADVERTISEMENT
Dominion Energy Credit Union pays the full scholarship amount directly to the college or university upon receipt of a copy of the invoice from that institution confirming student's enrollment. The Credit Union reserves the right to withhold award of all scholarships if too few qualified applications are received. Dominion Energy Credit Union will not authorize the release of funds from the student's university account. Dominion Energy Credit Union employees, directors, committee members, and their families are not eligible.
