Scholarship Description
The George Foreman Tribute to Lyndon B. Johnson Scholarship is awarded to a student from the University of Texas at Austin. The recipient will receive $6,000 and an invitation to the Excellence in Journalism conference. Applicants must be sophomores, juniors or seniors at the time the scholarship is awarded, pursuing careers in radio, television, or digital journalism (majoring in these studies is not required, however).
