Scholarship Description
The Extensiv Supply Chain Scholarship is intended to give aspiring logistics and supply chain professionals financial support during their educational journey. It is also meant to inspire new ideas for the supply chain and warehousing industry. This award is open to a student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management. Applicants must have a minimum of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours still to be completed. Applicants may also apply if seeking an MBA while employed in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry.ADVERTISEMENT
Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited university or college within the United States or Canada. Choose one from the available options to send in with your application: email from .edu address, transcript, copy of student ID, or other enrollment proof of your choosing. Full name, phone number, & email must be included in scholarship submission. Applicants must write a maximum 1,000 word essay on what you believe the next big advancement is in supply chain management. Please cite any research sources used and provide a work-appropriate image of self to display on our website.
