Scholarship Description
The Sue’s Hope Scholarship is an annual scholarship awarded to a North Myrtle Beach High School or North Myrtle Beach Christian Academy Senior. To be eligible, applicants must: submit a transcript with a 2.5 GPA (this scholarship is not intended for the top performing academic student, but rather for the student who would be “left behind” because of finances, for not being the top performing academic student, or for some other obstacle); and demonstrate a history of community service, extracurricular activities and achievements. Applicants must also submit an essay (500-word maximum) that discusses their sense of hope and their potential to succeed.ADVERTISEMENT
