Scholarship Description
Applicants for the Richard V. Hotson, Jr. and Stephen L. Teller Scholarship for LGBTQIA+ Students must identify as LGBTQIA+ and be enrolled full-time in an accredited institution in the Greater Los Angeles area or at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In order to apply, students must: Currently be enrolled or accepted in Spring and planning to attend next Fall; Live and attend school in Los Angeles County or student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; and Meet the application requirements.ADVERTISEMENT
A variety of scholarships are available every Fall and Spring term. Students can apply to up to two scholarships and re-apply every semester. Funding is distributed directly to the schools on the following school term. Funds are paid in full and are not fee specific. Students in their last term are not eligible to apply. The Student Aid Report is no longer required to demonstrate financial need. Financial need will be determined based on essay.
