Scholarship Description
The Ellen B. DeMar Scholarship Fund was established at The Dallas Foundation in 2020 to assist African-American students in Dallas County. This scholarship award ranges from $1,000 – $2,500 each year. Applicants must be African-American students graduating from high schools in Dallas County.
