Scholarship Description
HighSchool.GG is proud to present the Oregon and Washington State Scholastic Esports Championships. The championships are open to high school students in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho (which includes both public and private schools). For each school, there must be one adult (parent/guardian, teacher, or staff member) accompanying the student(s). The championships being offered are Smash Bros, Rocket League, Apex Legends, Valorant, Overwatch 2, Cosplay Competition, League of Legends and Design Contests.ADVERTISEMENT
The goals of these championships are: to provide high quality esports competitions for state high school students; to support teachers with club creation, ongoing activities, and coaching; to distribute the esports curriculum to develop critical industry skills in high school students; and to create a partnership between high schools, colleges, and professional Esports organizations throughout the states. The values are equity, integrity, inclusion, community, education and fun. Dollar amounts will vary.
