Eastern Oregon University offers numerous awards to incoming freshmen.
To be eligible for the Scholarly-Need Award, applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. The Scholarly-Need Award is renewable. This award cannot be awarded simultaneously with the University Achievement Award, Transfer & Returning Student Success Award, or the Continuing Student Success Award.
