Scholarship Description
The Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Delaware residents planning on attending the University of Delaware or Delaware State University full-time.ADVERTISEMENT
Eligible applicants must be high school seniors with an unweighted cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 and a combined score of at least 1000 on the SAT or the equivalent score on the ACT, legal US residents, file the FAFSA, and major in the humanities or social sciences (preference will be given to political science majors).
